Hi, If you landed on my site it’s probably because you are desperate for some help and answers.
Well, you’ve come to the right place!
Perhaps you have an unexplained or misdiagnosed symptom that’s been ailing you for years such as Migraines, dizziness (vertigo), arthritis (achy joints), nausea (vomiting), dry bloodshot eyes, Asthma, nosebleeds, rashes, chronic dry cough, sinusitis, foggy headed feeling, ADHD or Fibromyalgia. Not to mention chapped burning lips, cold sores and canker sores. In addition to a physical ailment, many children experience learning difficulties or behavior problems. If you have any or several, of these symptoms you could be Salicylate Intolerant.(allergic to aspirin )
(Complete list of symptoms are in my book)
If you already know that you are allergic to aspirin then it’s a no brainer.
You ARE SALICYLATE INTOLERANT.
If you never took aspirin then read on.
Aspirin is a Salicylate. (Acetyl-Salicylic Acid). It is made from the bark of the Willow Tree. Most plants produce Salicylates as a natural insecticide.
My whole life I suffered from migraines, dizziness, vomiting, dry bloodshot eyes, achy joints, fatigue and a foggy headed feeling from time to time. Several years ago I almost died of an extreme case of Asthma. I was very short of breath for a month. The Prednisone didn’t help so my doctors told me to use my Nebulizer 3 times a day, but I was getting worse.
It seemed the healthier I ate the sicker I got.
I knew I was allergic to aspirin, but couldn’t find a book on Salicylate Intolerance so I looked up FOODS CONTAINING SALICYLATES on the Internet. To my horror, I discovered that Salicylates are in all Fruit, except bananas, papaya, peeled yellow delicious apples and peeled pears, most vegetables except string beans, peas, celery, lettuce, cabbage, brussel sprouts and beans. Others extremely high in Salicylates are wine, tea, coffee, vinegar, honey, mints, almonds, tomato sauce, spices like oregano, basil, paprika cinnamon and believe it or not…Olive Oil. You don’t get an immediate effect after eating, it’s cumulative.
After awhile, when the bucket is full, after eating too many Salicylates,
you can have a full blown attack.
TWO DAYS AFTER AVOIDING THESE FOODS I STARTED GETTING BETTER.
Two days after avoiding these foods I started getting better.
(Complete list of foods high in Salicylates are in my book)
My breathing improved 100%, my achy joints got better, my dry bloodshot eyes cleared up,
my headaches are gone and I have more energy.
Now after 2 years of research, I have written a book to help other people.
Salicylate Intolerance and THE HEALTHIER I ATE THE SICKER I GOT
My book is rather controversial because most doctors don’t understand Salicylate Intolerance yet and Pharmaceutical companies could lose a lot of money if people stop taking drugs for Migraines, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Vertigo, ADHD and Dry Eye Syndrome.
I avoid Salicylates now and I feel great! God bless you on your road to better health.
